gDEBugger for Academic Users
Graphic Remedy offers an Academic Program to make the full featured gDEBugger available to use in the daily work and research of Academic users.
The Academic program is available to Academic OpenGL developers who are able to confirm they are in academia and are using the product for non-commercial use. The Academic license is valid for one year and includes all gDEBugger software updates as they became available.
Please note that the OpenGL ARB / Graphic Remedy Academic program has expired.
Guidelines for eligibility:
There are two gDEBugger Academic Program categories:
1. OpenGL Teaching purposes – Free Licenses.
Graphic Remedy offers Free gDEBugger Academic licenses to be used in classes for teaching purposes only.
2. Other Academic activities – Discounted licenses.
Graphic Remedy offers discounted gDEBugger licenses to be used by:
- Students:
Full-time students enrolled in a degree or diploma-granting program at a known Academic Institution or Organization.
- Faculty:
Full-time or part-time faculty members who teach at a known Academic Institution or Organization.
- Academic Institutions:
A known Academic Institution or Organization.
Pricing and information:
1. OpenGL Teaching purposes:
To receive Free gDEBugger Academic licenses to be used only for teaching during semester courses, please fill the gDEBugger Academic-Teaching License Form and send it back to us.
You will also need to provide an official letter, from the academic institution, proving your request. This letter should be sent along with the application Form.

- The gDEBugger licenses, provided through the Graphic Remedy Academic program, can ONLY be used for Academic purposes. USING THE SOFTWARE FOR PROFIT RELATED TASKS OR FOR COMMERCIAL USE IS NOT PERMITTED.
